4. Your Content

Your notes, voice recordings, and scanned documents are processed to generate write-ups and are not permanently stored on our servers after generation. We do not sell, share, or use your business content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. AI processing is performed via third-party APIs (OpenAI) which have their own privacy policies.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our site. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior. This data helps us improve the user experience. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. You can learn more at clarity.microsoft.com.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
